We are sad to report that Portland actors Lindsae Klein and Todd Robinson have stepped down from the Alliance of Professional Performers-NW Board of Directors.
One of the organization’s founding members, Lindsae Klein has worked tirelessly to build the organization since its inception in 2010. She worked hard on outreach to Oregon’s not-union performing community, chaired the Education committee and was responsible for facilitating many of the workshops presented at 2013’s Oregon’s Got Talent. She also chaired the Elections committee and oversaw the organization’s first elections in February 2014.
Todd Robinson was elected to the APP-NW Board earlier this year. As many in Portland know Todd is a dedicated teacher and advocate for Northwest performers. He made sure to put these traits to use as he headed APP-NW’s Preferred Producers committee and moderated the April 2014 #ActorsHappyHour on performer professionalism.
The APP-NW Board of Directors offers their sincere thanks to both Lindsae and Todd for their service to the organization and to our region’s professional performers. Their energy and dedication will be sorely missed.
